Communtiy Guidelines

1. Community First Our primary commitment is to the Spanish-speaking communities of the Phoenix Valley and surrounding rural areas. Every guest and topic we feature must offer meaningful value, resources, or information to our listeners.

2. Language Accessibility Voces del Valle broadcasts primarily in Spanish. All featured guests are expected to communicate in Spanish to ensure our listeners can fully engage with the content and the organizations represented.

3. Relevance & Impact We prioritize organizations and individuals whose work directly impacts the lives of Latino and Spanish-speaking communities — including areas such as health, education, housing, immigration, workforce development, and social services.

4. Accuracy & Integrity We are committed to sharing accurate, honest, and responsible information. We do not knowingly platform organizations or individuals whose messaging conflicts with the well-being of our community.

5. Inclusivity & Equity We welcome organizations of all sizes and backgrounds, with particular attention to those serving underrepresented, marginalized, and rural communities that are often left out of mainstream media.

6. Independence Voces del Valle maintains editorial independence. Sponsorship and partnerships do not determine editorial content. Guest selection is based on community relevance, not financial contribution alone.

7. Respect & Dignity All guests and topics featured on the show must align with our values of respect, dignity, and care for the communities we serve. We reserve the right to decline or remove content that we determine to be harmful, discriminatory, or misleading
